The Hawk Group was formed in 1974 to expand Ezio Valentini's business activities in the U.S.  It is the parent company for the wholly owned subsidiaries, the American Trade

Cooperative  (ATC) and the International Real Estate Equity Xchange (IREEX). 

The Hawk Group, in conjunction with a group of European and U.S. partners, has participated in the Research and Development of a project designed to bring to the American business sector the same services provided by the WIR Bank Cooperative to Swiss businesses.
