Ezio Valentini was born and raised in a family with interests in hotels, manufacturing, real estate and agriculture. Ezio attended Volonta University in Rome and the Marco Polo Einjaehriger Handelskurs and graduated from the Stresa Institute with a business degree.

His father was Italian and his mother was an American-born Austrian. Ezio has conducted business for many years in Europe and the U.S. where he directed his focus to real estate investments, development and sales and marketing as well as operation of high technology call centers marketing various products in several sectors including manufacturing, real estate, construction and other sectors.

Ezio maintains business contacts in various countries. One such contact is a Swiss operation, WIRBanc (www.wir.ch), a financial services organization that operates a business cooperative that provides services to the manufacturing, construction and other sectors of the economy.

The WIRBanc Cooperative uses new and innovative business methodologies that result in substantial increases in business, cash flow and profits for participating companies. Ezio has directed the R&D of a project designed to bring to the American marketplace a similar cooperative operation.

A Utah native, Rebecca attended the LDS Business College. She has performed the duties of Administrator and Director of Operations for the company since its inception. Rebecca has held real estate licenses since 1980 including her present licenses in Nevada and California.

In addition to her administration duties she is responsible for the support operation and takes an active part in the sales operation of the company. Rebecca works closely with software analysts and developers to meet the company’s technology needs.

Chuck Leonard, IT Operations

Chuck Leonard has twenty-two years of experience in the Information Services industry, and has provided technology services to the Company for10 years. A proponent of data driven applications, he constantly pushes the company applications toward secure data driven web mode and other event

driven languages. Has degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems.

Joe Winchell, CPA

Joe Winchell, CEO of a company that provides services in the areas of accounting, planning, trust matters and a broad range of financial, tax and management consulting services. Mr. Winchell has provided tax and financial services to our company since 1996. A graduate of the University of

Southern California he is also an accounting instructor at California Lutheran University and Western Nevada Community College.
