Has degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems.

Tom Masterson

Tom Masterson is a Founding Partner of Summit 1031 Exchange, Sierra Nevada Regional Division. Summit 1031 Exchange is one of the first and most experienced Qualified Intermediary companies in the country and has been involved in over 20,000 exchange transactions. Mr. Masterson is a graduate of Boise State University and long time real estate investor, he is certified to teach 1031 Continuing Education Courses in Nevada and California. 

Brian P. Egan, CCIM

A Principal in Egan Commercial Real Estate in Reno, Nevada, Brian is a member of a prestigious family involved in Commercial, Multi-Family, Land Acquisition and Property Development for decades. He also has a background in the Title and Escrow industries. 

Ron Hoy, CCIM

Ron Hoy is the Owner of Century21 Goldcrest Properties in Reno. Commercial and investment properties have been his focus since 1980. He was the COO of First Financial Services a subsidiary of American Savings and Loan responsible for the disposition of REO commercial properties.

John Tuccillo, Ph.D.

He was the Chief Economist for the National Association of Realtors for 10 years. He is the author of several best selling books on real estate and is a regular columnist for the Real Estate Professional. His consulting clients include Fannie Mae, Microsoft, REMAX, GMAC and others. Educated at Cornell University and Georgetown University, Mr. Tuccillo holds a doctorate in economics.

Matt Landheim is President of Object Systems International (OSI) a full service software-consulting firm with operations in the U.S. and Europe. The Company provides software solutions including custom software design, application development and other IT services.

Joe Winchell, CPA

 Joe Winchell and the CEO of his company that provides services in the areas of accounting, planning, trust matters and a broad range of financial, tax and management consulting services. Mr. Winchell has provided tax and financial services since 1996.  A graduate of the University of Southern California he is also an accounting instructor at California Lutheran University and Western Nevada Community College.
