Ezio Valentini was born from an Italian father and an American mother. Raised in a European business family, he has conducted business and real estate on a wide international scale for 45 years. He has also done business in the U.S. since the 1960s, as an owner, developer, investor, syndicator and manager.     

Ezio’s U.S. activities include the syndication of a 2,000-unit apartment package in Houston, the launch and establishment of several master-planned communities and the operation of large, high-technology call centers used to market financial services, real estate, mortgages and other services.

From his involvement in European markets he became familiar with a Swiss banking organization, WIRBanc, that operates a unique trade system that has achieved remarkable success in that country.  Ezio and his companies committed several years ago to bring to the American real estate market a credit system similar to WIRBanc’s.

Ezio has dual citizenship, Italian and U.S., and speaks several languages.  He and his wife and business partner Rebecca Valentini are the owners and operators of the Hawk Group and its subsidiaries.

A Utah native, Rebecca attended the LDS Business College. She has performed the duties of Administrator and Director of Operations for the company since its inception. Rebecca has held real estate licenses since 1980 including her present licenses in Nevada and California.

In addition to her administration duties she is responsible for the support operation and takes an active part in the sales operation of the company.  Rebecca works closely with software analysts and developers to meet the company’s technology needs.

Chuck Leonard, IT Operations

Chuck Leonard has twenty-two years of experience in the Information Services industry, and has provided technology services to the Company for 10 years. A proponent of data driven applications, he constantly pushes the company applications toward secure data driven web mode in utilizing the latest in DHTML, ASP and other event driven languages. Has degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems.

Joe Winchell, CPA

Joe Winchell and the CEO of his company that provides services in the areas of accounting, planning, trust matters and a broad range of financial, tax and management consulting services. Mr. Winchell has provided tax and financial services since 1996.  A graduate of the University of Southern California he is also an accounting instructor at California Lutheran University and Western Nevada Community College.
