The Hawk Group was
formed in 1974 to expand Ezio Valentini's business activities in the
U.S. It is the
parent company for the wholly-owned subsidiaries, the American
Trade Co-operative (ATC) and the
International Real
Estate Equity Xchange (IREEX)
ATC
provides financial services to several sectors of the economy and has
used, as a model, the WIR Bank,
a Swiss organization
that has served that country’s business sector since 1934 (www.wir.ch).
IREEX
is an international real estate
company that brings innovative and forward-thinking methods to
facilitate real estate transactions by providing a new credit source to
the industry.
