The Hawk Group is the parent
company of the
American Trade System (ATS) and
the
International Real Estate Equity Xchange (IREEX). The
two companies are operated as a business and real estate
co-operative.
The purpose of the System is to
provide the American real estate industry with a service similar
to that provided to Swiss real estate investors and agents
by
WIRBanc,
a banking organization.
ATS functions as a transaction
clearinghouse and a source for credit. IREEX
is a licensed real estate operation acting as a conduit to the
real estate industry, authorized to provide services related to
ATS to real estate investors
and practitioners.
The Hawk Group was formed in 1974
to expand Ezio Valentini's activities in the U.S. The company
and its subsidiaries have acquired, developed and marketed
several master-planned communities.
The company also operated large high technology call centers
marketing financial services, real estate and other products and
services.
