The Hawk Group was formed, as a Utah corporation, in 1974 by Ezio Valentini and Rebecca Valentini and has served as the parent company for numerous subsidiaries that have undertaken diverse and innovative projects in real estate investment and development, financial services, international real estate brokerage, restaurants and entertainment complexes and sales and marketing operations.

The 15 previous projects have met with success and profitability and have contributed greatly to the decision to undertake the most ambitious project: the American Trade System (ATS).
