The Hawk Group was founded in 1974.  The company and its divisions have operated continuously as a Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Developer

and a Marketing Contractor in a variety of sectors including lending, financial services and the hospitality industry.

Presently the Company has two wholly-owned subsidiaries:

                                           The American Trade System  (ATS)

                                            a financial service company.

                                           The International Real Estate Equity Xchange (IREEX)

                                            a real estate company.
