The Hawk Group
The Hawk
Group was formed in 1974 by Ezio Valentini and Rebecca Valentini
to expand Ezio’s business activities to the U.S. All activities
in the U.S. were conducted using wholly-owned subsidiaries of
the Hawk Group.
There are
currently two (2) subsidiaries that have been involved in a
project to bring an operation similar to Switzerland’s WIRBanc
Trade System to the U.S.:

ATS is an
economic, credit, finance and monetary system that
provides a new source of credit and financing to businesses and
real estate investors.

IREEX is the
exclusive portal to the ABS System for the real estate sector.
It is responsible for bringing the product to market and works
with clients, practitioners and collaborators.
